  3. License and agency lists34 / 50A license register in one state, a certification or Medicaid directory in the next. Each list is matched on a rule written for that state.
  4. Company registers12 / 50Where a state publishes one, a signal can be tied to a filing date. Where it does not, the same signal is ranked on the records above alone.

Seven states publish both a company register and a license list. Eleven publish neither, and their signals are ranked on provider and web records alone, then published as needs review rather than dressed up as verified.
