Three public sources sit behind every Oregon opportunity. Each is listed with what it proves and where it stops, because a rank is only worth as much as the record underneath it.

  1. CMS NPPES

    WEEKLY

    New and updated organization records, searched by name in Oregon's active-business dataset.

    An NPI is not proof of a newly formed company. The official registration date decides that.

  2. Oregon Secretary of State

    WEEKLY

    Active businesses with registration number and date, entity type, principal place of business and registered agent.

    Rows are grouped by registration number, so several public roles are never counted as several companies.

  3. Public web

    ON MATCH

    First-party sites and public contacts, sought only where the active-business dataset came up short.

    A website can improve contactability but is never used to invent a formation date.

Last full Oregon source audit, 24 July 2026: 12 candidates and 11 company matches, six of them confirmed. Licence verification costs $10 per record and the boards publish no free bulk feed, so individual licences are not automated and their absence is neutral.
