    Third-party directories are stored as an audit trail and rejected, never used to lift a lead.

Last full Iowa source audit, 24 July 2026: 36 active rows returned across the relevant facility types and 35 kept. One row was published as active but had already passed its expiry date, so it was rejected rather than stored as current.
