Four public sources sit behind every Texas opportunity. Each is listed with what it proves and where it stops, because a rank is only worth as much as the record underneath it.

  1. CMS NPPES

    WEEKLY

    New and updated organization records, queried against the Comptroller's active franchise file.

    An NPI name can be a trading name rather than the Texas legal name, so location evidence is required.

  2. Texas Comptroller

    MONTHLY + WEEKLY

    Roughly 3.39 million active taxpayer records with public address, SOS file number, charter date and status, plus a weekly new-taxpayer file.

    The full file refreshes monthly, so a very new company can reach NPPES before it reaches the register.

  3. Texas BHEC

    EVERY 24H

    Four free daily files covering psychology, marriage and family therapy, professional counselling and social work.

    The files carry no addresses, so a name match is supporting evidence and cannot make a lead confirmed on its own.

  4. Public web

    ON MATCH

    First-party sites and public contacts, sought only for the candidates the taxpayer file could not settle.

    Directories, social profiles and conflicting-state pages are rejected rather than promoted.

Last full Texas source audit, 23 July 2026: 40 candidates against 3.39 million taxpayer records producing 42 registry records, and 98,558 licence rows filtered to the 27 relevant people. Truncated company names in the source are recognised without inventing the missing words.
