Find newly formed practices and new activity at established behavioral-health businesses across Mississippi, ranked with official company evidence.
Mississippi publishes everything you need to spot a new practice. It just publishes it in three places that do not reference each other, and no single one of them is enough to make the call.

New and changing records are picked up from the market's public sources every week.
Each organization is matched across independent registries before it is ranked.
Every opportunity is scored for timing, fit, confidence, and contactability.
Every signal is counted twice: once by what kind of event it is, once by how much independent evidence stands behind it.
Anonymized totals, July 24, 2026, and they move every week. Every opportunity is in the feed; the levels only describe the evidence behind it.
Three public sources sit behind every Mississippi opportunity. Each is listed with what it proves and where it stops, because a rank is only worth as much as the record underneath it.
New and updated organization records, then searched one at a time in Mississippi's company register.
An NPI is not proof of a newly formed company. The register's formation date decides that.
Company name, business ID, prior names, entity and domicile type, status, NAICS codes, address, county and formation date.
An exact company name at an out-of-state address stays possible and never promotes a lead.
First-party sites and public contacts for the leads the register leaves unresolved.
A website can improve contactability but is never used to date a company's formation.
Last full Mississippi source audit, 24 July 2026: six candidates searched against the free official register, four matched. Only Good and Active statuses count as active, and an oversized result set is rejected rather than quietly truncated. The DMH provider portal answers HTTP 403 to server calls and the medical board charges $300 for its roster, so Mississippi is built on the free register.
The feed covers Mississippi statewide. The automated Secretary of State register supplies company status, formation date, address, entity type, and NAICS codes. Protected provider and individual-license searches are not treated as negative evidence.
Local signals currently sit across 4 cities in Mississippi. The 1 with the most local evidence have their own page below.
