Refunds & cancellation

TriggerRank is a monthly professional subscription. You can cancel whenever you need to.
Cancel anytime
Open Billing inside your TriggerRank account and choose “Manage billing in Stripe.” Cancel before the next renewal date to prevent the next charge. Your access normally continues until the end of the billing period you already paid for.
Refunds
Monthly charges are generally non-refundable, and we do not provide partial or prorated refunds for unused time. We will review duplicate charges, incorrect charges, service billing errors, and refunds required by law.
Billing problems
Email [email protected] within 14 days of noticing a billing problem. Include the account email used for the subscription and the invoice date, but never send full card details. Approved refunds return to the original payment method; bank processing time can vary.
Plan changes
If plan upgrades or additional markets become available, Stripe will show the amount and effective date before you confirm a change. Downgrades normally take effect at the next billing period unless the billing portal states otherwise.
