New and changing records are picked up from the market's public sources every week.
Find newly formed practices and new activity at established behavioral-health businesses across New Jersey, ranked with clear evidence and conservative confidence labels.
New Jersey publishes everything you need to spot a new practice. It just publishes it in four places that do not reference each other, and no single one of them is enough to make the call.

New and changing records are picked up from the market's public sources every week.
Each organization is matched across independent registries before it is ranked.
Every opportunity is scored for timing, fit, confidence, and contactability.
Every signal is counted twice: once by what kind of event it is, once by how much independent evidence stands behind it.
Anonymized totals, July 24, 2026, and they move every week. Every opportunity is in the feed; the levels only describe the evidence behind it.
Four public sources sit behind every New Jersey opportunity. Each is listed with what it proves and where it stops, because a rank is only worth as much as the record underneath it.
New and updated organization records, including the responsible official the state licence file is then filtered for.
An NPI name can be a trading name rather than the legal company name, so a match needs more than the name.
Company name, entity ID, city, entity type and formation date, free and without login.
The free search carries no status, street address or officer, so even an exact name and city stays probable rather than confirmed.
A free published file of people holding active licences, filtered to the behavioral-health professions.
Only name, profession, licence number, status and date are stored. The file's contact fields are left alone.
First-party sites and public contacts for the leads the registry leaves unresolved.
Directories and insufficiently owned domains stay rejected or marked for review.
Last full New Jersey source audit, 23 July 2026: 25 candidates, registry candidates found for 19 of them, and a 295,237-row licence file filtered down to the five relevant people. Where the state publishes no status, the record says Status not provided rather than assuming one.
