New and changing records are picked up from the market's public sources every week.
Find new behavioral-health activity across Delaware, ranked with daily official business- and professional-license evidence.
Delaware publishes everything you need to spot a new practice. It just publishes it in four places that do not reference each other, and no single one of them is enough to make the call.
Joined weekly, then ranked. Every source is listed in full further down this page.
Every ranking can be traced back to its sources. Read the methodology
New and changing records are picked up from the market's public sources every week.
Each organization is matched across independent registries before it is ranked.
Every opportunity is scored for timing, fit, confidence, and contactability.
No behavioral-health organization in Delaware has cleared the filters yet. That is the real count, not a gap in our sources: we read the same registries every week and report what they contain.
Anonymized totals, July 24, 2026, and they move every week. Every opportunity is in the feed; the levels only describe the evidence behind it.
Four public sources sit behind every Delaware opportunity. Each is listed with what it proves and where it stops, because a rank is only worth as much as the record underneath it.
New and updated organization records, searched against two daily public-domain Delaware datasets.
An NPI is not proof of a newly formed company, and Delaware's formation records are not automated.
Public-domain business licences with business and trade name, activity, validity period, address and licence number.
A licence's valid-from date is a renewal date, not a formation date, so it is never stored as one.
Public-domain active licences across mental health, psychology, social work and psychiatric nursing.
The dataset carries no street address, phone or email, so only the published public fields are stored.
First-party sites and public contacts for anything the two datasets leave open.
The audited week produced no Delaware candidates at all, so nothing needed a search.
Last full Delaware source audit, 24 July 2026: 65,556 current business licences and 7,718 active relevant professional licences reachable through the state's open-data API. The Division of Corporations forbids automated tools and charges $10 an entity for status, so that source is left alone.
The feed covers Delaware statewide. Business-license data proves current licensed activity but is not treated as a company formation date. Delaware's DSAMH directory is access-protected, so we leave it alone. TriggerRank only automates sources that permit it.
