๐Ÿงฉ The Oklahoma problem

Three registries.
One practice.

Oklahoma publishes everything you need to spot a new practice. It just publishes it in three places that do not reference each other, and no single one of them is enough to make the call.

Signals in.
Ranked list out.

Every ranking can be traced back to its sources. Read the methodology

Detect

New and changing records are picked up from the market's public sources every week.

Verify

Each organization is matched across independent registries before it is ranked.

Rank

Every opportunity is scored for timing, fit, confidence, and contactability.

๐Ÿ“ก In the Oklahoma feed

6 signals.
All still matching.

Oklahoma's new provider records are in the feed and still matching against the state's other sources, published as needs review rather than dressed up as verified.

  1. 6new provider records in the feedPublished, ranked, and open in the feed
  2. 0matched to a company record yetOklahoma's company search disallows automated access in its own robots.txt, so the feed runs on the free certified list
  3. 6carry a needs-review flagShown as what they are, so you decide what to do with them

Anonymized totals, July 24, 2026, and they move every week. Every opportunity is in the feed; the levels only describe the evidence behind it.

๐Ÿ›๏ธ Oklahoma sources

Oklahoma records.
Read at the source.

Three public sources sit behind every Oklahoma opportunity. Each is listed with what it proves and where it stops, because a rank is only worth as much as the record underneath it.

  1. CMS NPPES

    WEEKLY

New and updated organization records, matched by name and city against Oklahoma's certified-provider list.

An NPI is not proof of a newly formed company, and Oklahoma company formation is not automated.

  2. Oklahoma ODMHSAS

    PER WORKBOOK

Certified outpatient mental-health, alcohol and drug, community mental-health, crisis, recovery and opioid programmes, with organization, type, county and address.

Certification is not required of every small outpatient practice, so a missing match is neutral.

  3. Public web

    ON MATCH

First-party sites and public contacts for the organizations the certified list leaves unmatched.

Without strong first-party name and Oklahoma-location evidence, a candidate site stays rejected.

Last full Oklahoma source audit, 23 July 2026: 568 certified locations stored from 577 workbook rows, with the nine remaining rows correctly rejected as the workbook's own abbreviation legend. An earlier parser accepted only 301 rows because it required an optional column that ordinary outpatient programmes leave blank; that is now a regression test.

๐Ÿ“ Coverage

Statewide.
Every county.

The feed covers Oklahoma statewide. The ODMHSAS list covers certified treatment organizations rather than every private practice, so a practice missing from it is ranked on its other evidence instead.
