    New and updated organization records, including the responsible official the licence register is then searched for.

    An NPI is not proof of a newly formed company, so it is matched against the register before anything is called new.

  2. Connecticut Secretary of the State

    NIGHTLY

    Connecticut publishes its complete business register free on the state open-data portal, with principals linked by official business ID.

    Register rows can carry field errors. We never overwrite the state's data with a guess, and require several matching fields.

  3. Connecticut eLicense

    DAILY

    Active behavioral-health credentials for the named official, searched person by person rather than downloaded whole.

    Licence addresses can be private homes, so they are used for matching only and never shown as business contacts.

  4. Public web

    ON MATCH

    First-party sites and public contacts, used only where the official records leave a lead unresolved.

    In the audited week no Connecticut lead needed one, so no search ran at all.
