๐Ÿงฉ The South Dakota problem

Three registries.
One practice.

South Dakota publishes everything you need to spot a new practice. It just publishes it in three places that do not reference each other, and no single one of them is enough to make the call.

Signals in.
Ranked list out.

Every ranking can be traced back to its sources. Read the methodology

Detect

New and changing records are picked up from the market's public sources every week.

Verify

Each organization is matched across independent registries before it is ranked.

Rank

Every opportunity is scored for timing, fit, confidence, and contactability.

All still matching.

South Dakota's new provider records are in the feed and still matching against the state's other sources, published as needs review rather than dressed up as verified.

  2. 0matched to a company record yetSouth Dakota sells its business database from $1,500, so the feed runs on the free accreditation directory

๐Ÿ›๏ธ South Dakota sources

South Dakota records.
Read at the source.

Three public sources sit behind every South Dakota opportunity. Each is listed with what it proves and where it stops, because a rank is only worth as much as the record underneath it.

  1. CMS NPPES

    WEEKLY

New and updated organization records, checked against the state's accredited-provider directory.

An NPI is not proof of a newly formed company, and South Dakota company formation is not automated.

  2. South Dakota DSS OLA

    LIVE SEARCH

Accredited substance-use programmes and community mental-health centres, with programme ID, name, address, phone, type and an official profile link.

The status filter groups operational and probation together, so the exact one is not claimed per row.

  3. Public web

    ON MATCH

First-party sites and public contacts for the candidates the accreditation directory leaves unmatched.

The directory covers accredited programmes, not every private practice, so absence from it is neutral.

Last full South Dakota source audit, 24 July 2026: all 80 accredited programme rows accepted. An earlier run kept only 76, because four current programmes publish a city rather than a full street address; the parser now preserves those rows instead of inventing a street, and they contribute the weaker city-level evidence only.

๐Ÿ“ Coverage

Statewide.
Every county.

The feed covers South Dakota statewide. The automated OLA directory covers accredited substance-use programs and community mental-health centers rather than every private practice, so a practice outside it keeps its score. We rank on what the sources prove, not on what they omit.
