Four public sources sit behind every Colorado opportunity. Each is listed with what it proves and where it stops, because a rank is only worth as much as the record underneath it.

  1. CMS NPPES

    WEEKLY

    New and updated organization records. Every Colorado opportunity in the audited week carried a public business phone.

    An NPI is not proof of a newly formed company, so the company record decides what is called new.

  2. Colorado Secretary of State

    DAILY

    The official company API returns entity name, formation date, status, address and registered agent, statewide.

    An exact name with no address or agent evidence stays possible and never becomes a confirmed new company.

  3. Colorado DORA

    NIGHTLY

    Person, profession, date and current status for the clinician named on the NPI.

    Colorado returns several historical licences per person. Active ones rank first; expired ones stay evidence, never proof.

  4. Public web

    ON MATCH

    First-party sites and public contacts, only for the leads the two registers left unresolved.

    Directories, social profiles and same-name sites in other states are rejected rather than counted.

Last full Colorado source audit, 23 July 2026: the company API answered all 29 candidate searches, 25 candidates received a company match and 22 a licence match, and the scoped web run touched only the 6 leads still unresolved.
