1. Who controls your data

TriggerRank is a Denmark-based business and is the data controller for the processing described here. Questions, requests, or corrections can be sent to [email protected].

2. Information we collect

• Account information: name, email, optional organization details, account status, and security records used to provide and protect your account.
• Subscription information: plan, subscription status, billing identifiers, and invoice history. Stripe processes payment-card details; TriggerRank does not store full card numbers.
• Support information: messages and information you choose to send us.
• Technical information: limited server, security, and error logs needed to keep the service reliable and prevent abuse.
• Optional analytics: page visits, referral information, device details, and revenue attribution through DataFast. Depending on your region, analytics either require your prior consent or are enabled by default with an immediate right to opt out.
• Public business information: business and professional records from public registries, licensing and facility sources, NPPES, and publicly accessible business websites.

3. Why we use information

We use information to:

• provide accounts, ranked opportunities, exports, billing, and customer support;
• verify, score, group, and update public business signals;
• secure the service, prevent abuse, diagnose errors, and maintain backups;
• meet accounting, tax, legal, and regulatory obligations; and
• understand website performance and marketing where permitted by applicable law or when you consent to analytics.

Depending on the activity, our legal basis is performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, our legitimate interests in operating and protecting TriggerRank, or your consent. Where analytics are enabled by default, we rely on our legitimate interests in understanding and improving a professional service. You may disable analytics or withdraw consent at any time through “Cookie settings” in the footer.

4. Public-record data

TriggerRank turns public records into business-to-business opportunity signals. A listing is not a judgment about a person and must not be used for employment, credit, housing, insurance, healthcare eligibility, or other high-impact decisions. If public information about you or your business is inaccurate, contact us and include enough detail to identify the record. We will review correction and removal requests against our source data and legal obligations.

5. Service providers and sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share only what is needed with providers that help us operate TriggerRank, including Stripe for payments, Resend for service email, DataFast for consented analytics, and our hosting, content-delivery, source-code, and security providers. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect the service or users, or as part of a business transfer with appropriate safeguards.

6. International processing

Some providers may process information outside Denmark or the European Economic Area. Where required, transfers rely on an adequacy decision, standard contractual clauses, or another lawful safeguard offered by the provider.

7. Retention

We keep account information while the account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for security, dispute, and legal purposes. Billing and tax records are kept as required by law. Logs and backups are retained for limited operational periods. Public business signals are retained while relevant, reviewed, and useful to the service. Data is deleted or anonymized when it is no longer needed, unless the law requires longer retention.

8. Cookies and analytics

Essential cookies keep accounts secure, remember privacy choices, and keep the service working. We use Cloudflare's country-level request information only to select the applicable analytics mode; TriggerRank does not store that country decision in its database. In regions requiring prior consent, DataFast does not load until you accept. In the United States, DataFast may be enabled by default unless you opt out or send a supported browser privacy signal. DataFast may set visitor and session identifiers used to understand visits and attribute a subscription to the visit that led to checkout. Disabling analytics does not affect access to TriggerRank.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of your personal data. You may withdraw consent at any time. Contact us to exercise a right. We may need to verify your identity. You may also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet) or your local supervisory authority.

10. Security, children, and changes

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. TriggerRank is a professional service and is not intended for children. We may update this policy as the product or law changes; the date above shows the latest version, and material changes will be communicated when appropriate.
