๐Ÿงฉ The Ohio problem

Two registries.
One practice.

Ohio publishes everything you need to spot a new practice. It just publishes it in two places that do not reference each other, and no single one of them is enough to make the call.

Detect

New and changing records are picked up from the market's public sources every week.

Verify

Each organization is matched across independent registries before it is ranked.

Rank

Every opportunity is scored for timing, fit, confidence, and contactability.

All still matching.

Ohio's new provider records are in the feed and still matching against the state's other sources, published as needs review rather than dressed up as verified.

Ohio records.
Read at the source.

Two public sources sit behind every Ohio opportunity. Each is listed with what it proves and where it stops, because a rank is only worth as much as the record underneath it.

  1. CMS NPPES

    WEEKLY

New and updated organization records with the practice address, taxonomy and named official, filtered to Ohio alone.

An NPI is not proof of a newly formed Ohio company, so every lead here is published as needs review.

  2. Public web

    ON MATCH

First-party sites and public contacts. In Ohio this is the only place a lead can gain evidence beyond its NPI.

A confirmed website establishes who a practice is, never how old the company behind it is.

Last full Ohio source audit, 23 July 2026. Ohio publishes free New Business Entity Reports on the second Saturday of each month, with charter number, incorporators, incorporation date and addresses. The download page currently requires browser verification for server access, which we do not work around, and a complete business master is sold separately. Those free monthly reports are the state's most useful next source.

๐Ÿ“ Coverage

Statewide.
City by city.

The feed covers Ohio statewide. Ohio publishes free monthly new-business reports, and we automate them only once their download is dependable enough to trust. Until then anything we cannot corroborate is labelled rather than hidden.

Local signals currently sit across 10 cities in Ohio. The 1 with the most local evidence have their own page below.
