TriggerRank reads the federal registers every week to build its ranked feeds. These pages publish what those runs found, minus the identities.
Where the data comes from
Every tool on this page is built from the same public files that produce TriggerRank's paid feeds. Trucking runs on the FMCSA company census, the authority and BOC-3 filings, and the insurance filings that sit behind them. Behavioral health runs on the CMS NPPES weekly release and, where a state publishes one, its own licence and facility registers.
None of it is bought, scraped from a competitor, or modelled. Each figure belongs to one dated publication and is labelled with it.
What is free and what is not
Counts, stages, fleet sizes and contact routes are public record, and they are published here in full. Company names, filing contacts and verified websites are the work TriggerRank does on top, and they stay inside the paid feed.
No tool here asks for an email address. Sometimes a publication fails, or a record cannot be verified. When that happens the page says so and leaves the gap open.
What the counts are for
A count tells you how many carriers appeared this week. It does not tell you whether that is better than the file you were about to buy, or when in a carrier's life it is worth calling. Two pages work that out.
